Booking Information - Ski Bonjour

What is Included?
- Accommodation in the Ski Bonjour chalets is normally from Sunday to Sunday
- Breakfast and afternoon tea on 7 days with dinner served on 6 evenings
- All local resort taxes, Value Added Tax
- Bath towels and bed linen
- Ski hosting on 5 days
What is not Included?
- Dinner on the chalet staff's day off
- Any transport
- Ski pass, ski and boot hire
- Ski lessons
- Any picnic, lunches, or other applicable après-ski activities
- Winter holiday insurance
- Room supplements (Chalet Bonjour-Bonjour)
- Credit card payments surcharge (Not charged for deposits)
How to Book
We will hold an option on a provisional booking for up to 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed). After 24 hours, without further notice, we may cancel your option unless you have confirmed your booking. We do not hold options on any late availability prices.
To confirm your holiday we ask for a deposit. This is currently £100 per person. All deposits are non-refundable. If you book within ten weeks of departure you must pay the full cost of the holiday upon booking.
To make a booking phone our UK office on +44(0)1765 677787. All our sales staff are knowledgeable on both the chalets and the resorts. They will discuss your requirements, offer advice, take payment of the deposit, and send the group leader the confirmation documents. The group leader is responsible for ensuring that all group members' details are correct, that all have adequate insurance, and for collecting full payment of the holiday 10 weeks prior to departure. All correspondence will be between Ski Bonjour and the group leader only, unless otherwise agreed.
Included in the documents we send you is a booking form which you must check, then sign and return within 7 days. This acts as your acceptance of the holiday details and our booking terms and conditions. The balance of the cost of the holiday is payable 12 weeks before departure. If the balance is not received by the due date, Ski Bonjour reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Arrivals
Your rooms will be ready from 2pm on the day of your arrival. For those who arrive earlier and wish to ski on the Sunday we will find somewhere for you to change and somewhere to store your luggage. However, please note that on change over mornings the chalet staff will be preoccupied with guests departing and preparing your rooms. If no one is there to greet you, please ring the door bell and be patient. If you are arriving on any other day staff may not be in the chalet from 11am to 4:30 pm.
Our chalets are not hotels and so not manned all day. If you are travelling to the chalet on any day which is not a changeover day or staff day off (which is normally a Thursday) staff will only be in the chalet from 8:00-11:00, 16:30-17:30 & 18:30-21:00 so please time your arrival accordingly. The Bonjour-Bonjour, the Bonjour-Athenaise and the Bonjour-Bivouac have key codes on the entrance doors which will enable you to enter the chalet and wait in the lounge until the staff arrive. Please let us know if this is the case.
Changes to Your Holiday
Please read the Cancellations and Alterations section of the booking contract as there may be a charge if you make an amendment to your booking once you have confirmed. When booking we ask that you consider your requirements very carefully as most subsequent changes (excluding adding on items such as pre-bookable skis or lessons) may incur a charge. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing from the group leader unless otherwise agreed.
