Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie, our luxury ski chalet in les Arcs
Our most luxurious catered chalet, the Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie, is situated in the beautiful old village of le Pré, Villaroger, les Arcs in the Paradiski area. It is located in the centre of this
completely unspoiled village, just a three-minute walk from the lifts and piste. The ski chalet caters for small or large numbers of guests and is in the perfect location for your ski holiday in France.
Taking two years to build, the Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie benefited from all the knowledge gleaned from our other chalets to create what we think is a perfect luxury chalet. Widespread use
has been made of both old and new timber in all the rooms. This les Arcs ski chalet has all the character of any chalet built a hundred years ago, but is fitted out with all the modern amenities
that today’s standards require. The photographs will, we hope, give some idea of the quality of our les Arcs chalet.
The luxury and comfort of this chalet is complimented by the usual high Ski Bonjour standards in food, wine and service, creating a marvelous atmosphere and allowing you to enjoy a top
ski break for the whole week.
General Layout Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie
The three floors of the Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie are all linked by a stunning, stone, spiral, staircase. All rooms have under-floor heating. There are bedrooms on every floor, many with
balconies. The sitting room and dining room are located on the top floor to benefit from panoramic views over the valley, with the pistes and resorts of la Rosiere and Saint Foy to be seen
sparkling at night. The middle floor is comprised entirely of bedrooms with a large balcony and terrace. The lower floor has the remainder of the bedrooms, together with a sauna and the
entrance to the boot and ski room. The ski room has direct access to the outside.
In addition to our standard facilities, the Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie offers:
- Dining Room / Sitting Room
These two rooms form a large L-shape on the top floor and are the heart of the ski chalet. A picture window occupies the whole of one side, with French windows leading out on to the balcony.
The central feature of the sitting room is a wood-burner set in a huge stone fireplace with a stone chimney breast. There are abundant comfortable seats, even when the chalet is full. From the
two long tables in the dining room, the views across the valley can be seen clearly, with the lights twinkling in the distance.
- Bedrooms
The bedrooms are larger than those of typical ski chalets and all have striking bathrooms and toilets, some with showers and baths and some with just showers. There are a mixture of family
rooms, twins and doubles, all with hairdryers. Many of the rooms have amazing views and balconies or terrace access. All bedrooms have under-floor heating, WiFi and flat-screen UK
televisions. Sound insulation for all bedrooms is of a high standard.
- Sauna
On the ground floor is a sauna, which is free of charge and available to use from 4.00 pm until 7.00 pm. The under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Ski and Boot Room
The ski and boot room is well fitted out and has heated boot driers. There are plenty of seats and, having changed into ski / board boots, guests can then access the outside without returning
through the chalet.
- Smoking
Our ski chalets are all non-smoking.
To Enhance Your Stay At Chalet Bonjour-Père Marie :
- First Night Reception

before retiring for a good night’s sleep or going out for a night-cap in one of the bars.
